JAIPUR (HAR MAIDAN FATEH)......

Though i have been to Jaipur a lot of times but i always wanted to come back to this place and live my life king size with 2 of my best mates Aman and Gursimran. The plan was being made since last dec but somehow things didn't worked out and we had to drop our plan dat time, but i was very much determined to go to that place and again d plan was made and dis time we hit the ball really hard.
Plan was made, everything was set suddenly we came to know that Simran aka Gursimran aka Honey was nt a ble to get his leave approved for Saturday. We really got pissed off due to dis but by gods grace he managed getting half day on Saturday, A sigh of relief we had and finally we were ready to hit the road and unleash ourselves on the highways.

The details about the trip are as follows:

Destination: Jaipur
Dates: 6th and 7th March
The Knights:
Jagmeet Aka Narrator
Amandeep Aka Rana Sir
Gursimran Aka Honey

Me and Aman started from our place and were supposed to meet Honey at some point over NH-8. We met him near Shiv Murti and greeted each other. We hit the road at around 3 and were heading towards the pink city but we were stopped by the never ending thekas on the highway, as it was really hot so Me and Aman decided to have some chilled beer.
We picked our booze and also picked LIMCA for Honey as he doesn't drink. We were zooming in and out of the traffic and enjoying our drinks, and our first pit stop was at some dhaba near Neemrana as we needed to empty ourselves (mind it just to pee.....). We already had pulaow made by my mom in car and Aman was the lucky one munching them sitting at the back eat and was least bothered offering us. We had some of the best paranthas available followed by tea and our first photo session...(i can never forget them...)

We were ready again to hit the highways with only one song on our mind...."BAARI KHOL KE WAHEGURU BOLKE, NE TRUCK TE BAIJA BALIYE.....NAWA LE LEYA TRUCK TERE YAAR NE BABEYA DE CHAL CHALIYE....."
while driving down the highways i saw something which made me feel really proud....i saw my name written at the back of a truck which was zapping around the traffic and i said see "MITRAN DA NAA CHALDA".
We drove for good another 2 or 3 hours and busy pulling each others leg specially mine as Aman had decided to take my case just by saying things relating my Neha....but i loved every single bit of it.....

We managed reaching jaipur around 9 pm and went straight to Nahargarh as we were desperate to see the beautiful city lightened like a pearl.....wat a sight it was....we were left speechless and FYI......going to d place at night requires really a strong heart as the road to the fort is really spooky and bad at night.....but we KHALSA managed going up dere....

We sat down at the top of fort and wat a sight it was....hathh mein sharab saath mein paneer ke pakode.....wow....ha ha...but seriously d best time to visit fort is the night and i forgot to mention during this entire journey till now Aman had used all possible slangs to abuse me as my camera's battery was not working fine, due to which we were not able to click many snaps......but we managed clicking some of them in best ever pose.....

Soon after we were done clicking snaps we decided to go back to city and look for the hotel which we had booked over the phone. We reached our hotel and it was really nice and while me and Honey were busy settling the room, then came Aman with his glass of Vodka....(aate hi shuru ho gaye the sharabi)....we settled in the room and were really hungry as we didnt had anything since we left fort....;)
We went down t search some nice eating joint and we found one pretty near to our hotel....we had kebabs and all....it was really spicy and i am still bearing the after effects till now.....Once we were done eating we went for a small ride in the city.

we came back to our hotel and were ready to hit our beds but i was not so lucky enough....u can understand...."ishq da lag gaya rog"....we all had a quiet sleep sorry nt quiet as d 2 wid me were having a competition of who can snore more loudly....lolxxx.....

Next Morning we got up and were ready to explore the rest of the forts. We first went to see the mighty "JAIGARH FORT". We reached the fort around 12:00 and were ready to click some nice shots as the battery of my camera was fully charged...:)
We saw the mighty "JAIVAN CANNON" wat a sight it was....its really huge and magnificient.
We clicked a lot of snaps of the cannon and of course ours....

We also saw the foundry where this mammoth cannon was built....the guy who showed us was really a good help and he explained it to us really well...

After seeing the JAIGARH FORT we were desperate to visit the NAHARGARH FORT as we all wanted to go to the place where RDB was shot. We reached the fort and it was a complete different set up as wat we saw in the night. We could see the ruins of some walls and the huge walls which were home to lot of pigeons. We clicked snaps inside the palace and were in no time at the famous place the "BAULI" (meaning a water storage man made area). We saw the place and were left speechless thinking INDIA is really "INCREDIBLE INDIA".

We sat there for good 2 hours and were enjoying the place....though the weather was really hot but sitting next to water is always a relief. We left that place around 3 and headed towards the "CITY PALACE and HAWA MAHAL". We reached the city and in no time were at "CITY PALACE".
The Palace is really nice but the worst thing about the place is that you cant click snaps inside it, you can only click outside the palace and every time u are supposed to show your ticket. We saw the night suit of some prince and it was so big that one entire family can take shelter in it. Saw the weapons of the emperors of Jaipur.

After we were done clicking hell lot of snaps we decided to have food and we had a huge argument on where to have food. Aman and me were saying that we need to have something really nice and Honey was saying that he wants to have something traditional, but we won and we deicded to take away from MC.Donalds and in no time we reached there.

The Take Away from MC.Donalds was itself a story in its own. The order was placed and the guy who took the order said that the things which we have ordered are out of stock and this freaked Aman out and in no time he ws inside MC.Donalds and started saying good punjabi words and soon he ws accompained by me and finally Honey.

Seeing us three together the guy ws like sorry sir i shall arrange the same pls gimme some time and in between we were busy with each other. The food was ready and we were moving towards our car and we saw our cae being towed and we freaked out and in no time were talking to the guy who dared to move our "RANI SUNDRA". We gave him 50rs and our car was free to go, we were ready to hit back Delhi.

We were zooming away on the highways back to Delhi and were remembering the good time we had over there in these 2 days.....we also made our next plan on the way back and we shall soon execute it as discussed. We reached home and greeted each other and said goodbye for that night.

It was really nice and short trip.....the Nitty Gritties of the trip:

1. All the forts were covered
2. Had awesome Rajasthani food
3. Saw a NINJA.....lolxxx
4. Saw "PISATNA DA BHANGRA"
5. KHULLE SHER and BULAND HOUSLE were our best tag lines.

Thanks for reading the blog, wait for my next write up....Thanks....
